Prairie Mining has filed a £806-million statement of claim for compensation against the Republic of Poland as part of its ongoing international arbitration claims.
Poland has requested India to restart talks with the European Union (EU) over the long-pending free trade agreement, also known as the Broad-based Trade and Investment Agreement (BTIA), for the benefit of both sides.
